Blissful Travel LLC provides travel booking services using private membership access to Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (LHVC) and Vidanta Resorts. We act as an intermediary between travelers and resort operators. We are not the resort operator, hotel, or transportation provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
Important: Blissful Travel LLC is not responsible for penalties resulting from supplier (resort) policies, weather events, or force majeure circumstances. All cancellations are subject to the supplier's policy at time of booking.
These reservations are secured using discounted, membership-based inventory, which carries different cancellation terms than a standard hotel booking. Full payment is required at time of booking — there is no deposit or installment option for Resort Stays.
Full terms are provided in your signed rental agreement at time of booking.
Bus Tours are booked with a deposit; the balance is due closer to the departure date per the schedule provided at booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against illness, delays, and unforeseen cancellations. Travel insurance is offered at booking for bus tours (+$72) and can be arranged for international stays.
Date changes and modifications are subject to availability and may incur supplier change fees. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
ACH and credit card payments are processed electronically through Wave Financial Inc.; a credit card processing fee applies and is disclosed at the time of booking.
All quoted rates and availability are subject to confirmation at time of booking. Prices shown on our website represent typical member rates and may vary by travel date and season. Exact pricing is confirmed when you inquire.
Vidanta reservations cannot be made during: Easter/Holy Week, Christmas week, and New Year's week. All other dates are available. LHVC (Caribbean, Mexico, Dubai) properties do not have blackout restrictions.
Blissful Travel LLC may send SMS messages for booking confirmations, availability updates, and promotional offers — only to customers who have opted in.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our inquiry form, you consent to receive text messages from Blissful Travel LLC. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further SMS messages.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Blissful Travel LLC acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party resort operators, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.
We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers including but not limited to: resorts, airlines, ground transportation, activity operators, or any other travel supplier.
By booking travel through Blissful Travel LLC, you acknowledge the inherent risks of travel, including but not limited to: flight delays or cancellations, illness, weather events, force majeure circumstances, political instability, and changes in supplier operations.
In no event shall Blissful Travel LLC's liability exceed the service fees paid directly to Blissful Travel LLC for the affected booking.
